Al-Bashir Leaves for Uganda
12 May, 2016KHARTOUM (Sudanow.info.sd) - Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir left Thursday morning for Kampala on a two-day state visit to Uganda for attending re-inauguration of Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni.
The reciprocal visit comes months after President Museveni' visit to Khartoum in September 2015.
Al-Bashir will have talks with his Ugandan counterpart on the bilateral relations as well as regional and international issues of mutual concern particularly peace and security in Africa.
Al-Bashir was seen off at Khartoum Airport by First Vice President Bakri Hassan Salih and a number of ministers and other officials.
